The first meeting of Kirkcaldy Photographic Society took place in 1898 and it has been going strong ever since. Their aim is to provide a meeting point for people with an interest in photography and cover all areas and levels in a very informal environment. As well as holding training nights and inviting guest speakers along they have a club outing once a month to various locations in Fife. There are also several competitions held through out the year. Their meetings take place on Monday evenings (Sept – April) at 7.30, at Hayfield Community Centre, Hayfield Road, Kirkcaldy, KY2 5DG.
