‘Object as Muse’ is an exhibition that presents six different artists’ responses to the Asentamiento Dress by textile artist Julie Cook that is part of the Crafts Council Collection. Artists include Colette Bryce (poetry), David Birkin (photography), Julie Cook (textiles), Dunne & Raby (critical design), Tamsin van Essen (ceramics), Susie MacMurray (installation) and Arabel Lebrusan (jewellery).

This emotionally thought provoking exhibition is brought to Kirkcaldy, Fife, in May 2009 for it’s one and only exclusive Scottish outing. The exhibition is presented by Fife Contemporary Art & Craft.
