Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop was established in 1987 by a group of artists as a centre for sculptural activities. Originally artist-led, ESW now has in place management systems which ensure that our artistic development is informed directly by artists and our members. This means that the organisation remains in touch with contemporary practice and responsive to new developments and directions, and that ESW’s services remain relevant to the needs of artists.
