This second-hand Norwegian jumper was bought nearly twenty years ago in an Oslo Salvation Army shop.
Much loved and worn by my partner since then, it fell victim to moths in a flat we rented.
Moving home in a cold winter sorted the moths, but not the holes. Gerry wore it all the same.
Those moths, ruined a mohair cardigan too, which my Mum had been given by her father. Not able to throw it away, this year I decided to felt it, thinking the transformation, might give it future life.
With the winter & jumper season approaching, Gerry wondered if I could mend his jumper. We agreed on visible mends with the mohair felt.
