This chair was left out by my neighbour. He liked it but needed to have a clear out. I rescued it. Parts of the chair were missing, so Helen Kalmijn replaced the spindles using a different wood and jesmonite. We wanted to create visible mending and create something new for the chair. I repaired the seat and knitted a cushion in scrap wools.
