Fife Portraits for LGBT+ History Month 2019
Fife Pride was to have taken place again in Kirkcaldy on 4 July 2020. Sadly because of ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, this is no longer possible. We are therefore marking the date with this online exhibition of Fife Portraits for LGBT+ History Month which were made in 2018-19 when Fife Contemporary commissioned Jannica Honey to work with groups of young people in Fife.
CARE Making For Good
An online exhibition to celebrate the first collection of original gifts designed by Carers with Artists in Fife. Unfortunately due to the pandemic we have had to postpone any events and the development of the second collection, but wanted to showcase the success and celebrate the project so far. The project has been developed by Fife Contemporary in consultation with Fife Carer groups and began in September 2019.
Lines from Scotland Online
INSIGHTS to complement the Lines from Scotland exhibition curated by Amanda Game for Fife Contemporary. An evolving series of online contributions from the curator and artists revealing more about their ideas and practice. Exploring drawing in 2 & 3 dimensions, the exhibition is unusual in featuring artists from 3 generations working across varied media in visual art, craft and music.
