During the lockdown months, the Fife Contemporary team – Diana, Susan, Stefanie and Arlene – took part in training and online workshops delivered by Fife Centre for Equalities to develop our skills, knowledge and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion across all the protected characteristics of the Equality Act 2010.
Nina Munday, Chief Executive of Fife Centre for Equalities said:
“I would like to congratulate and commend Fife Contemporary on their Equality Pathfinder Bronze Award. Over the past year, they have followed through their commitment as a team to develop their skills in inclusive practice as well as their understanding of equality and diversity. Fife Contemporary has always been very committed in advancing equality and inclusion. As part of Equality Pathfinders programme, they will be able to evidence and share their equality journey with people of Fife.”
