Farewell Angie!

In 2008 our small but dedicated crew had its numbers swelled by the addition of our first ever Marketing & Audience Development Officer.  Now a shade under 3 years down the line, Angie Turner has decided to return to her roots in the north-east of England, where she will no doubt establish herself again very quickly!

We wished her a fond farewell this morning – with the statutory cake – and she didn’t go off empty handed either but clutched a lovely Susan McGill candlestick.   Angie’s done a good job of promoting FCA&C and its activities during her time in Fife and has also built up a successful career round her own visual art practice.  In fact, she’ll be bobbing back and forth from the NE to Fife pretty frequently as a result of her art commitments.  She’ll be missed but we all wish her well and look forward to seeing her during her trips back north.

  1. Sad news – I found out she was leaving a few weeks ago when she popped into one of my workshops to see how I was getting on. I’ll miss you Angie, but hopefully will see you whenever you pop back up north.

  2. Good luck Angie, from all of us here at St Andrews Museum. We’ve really enjoyed your workshops – but hopefully you’ll be back with more for us in the future! Do pop in and see us sometime – we’d love to hear how you’re getting on.
