Booky workshops to accompany Craft & Info Pods

Interested in knowing how to create a simple but clever book from just one piece of paper?  If so, read on!

One of FCA&C’s Craft & Information Pod artists, Rachel Hazell, will be present at two of the Fife libraries on their tour to lead free 2 hour workshops for adults.  These will explain the wonders of a sheet of paper (as far as books are concerned) and then give participants an introduction to basic paper pop up techniques.  No experience is necessary.

The first workshop is at Duloch Library, Dunfermline on Friday 5 November 2010 and is already fully booked;  but fear not, there are still places on the second workshop which is at Inverkeithing Library & Civic Centre (10 Queen Street, Inverkeithing, KY11 1PA) on Thursday 2 December 2010, also from 11am-1pm.  Rachel will be adding a festive twist to the description above for this workshop!

The workshops are free but places are limited and need to be booked.  Please phone 01383 602471 (for Inverkeithing Library).
