As part of Fife Contemporary Art & Craft’s ‘HOTPOT [art, food + people]’ exhibition, artist Gayle Chong Kwan will run a special tasting and recording session
for her work ‘Manipulated Memory Tasting Booth’ on Sat 20 Feb 2010 in St Andrews Museum around lunchtime. As well as serving Spring Rolls, she will be asking visitors for their food memories and then recording them for future visitors to the exhibition to hear.
