Sally Pattrick worked in museums across all three Fife Council areas. She looked especially at archaeology in St Andrews, the diversity of Kirkcaldy’s collections and the jewellery stored in Dunfermline. Using jewellery techniques she has created a variety of objects which she presents in a series of boxes to create her own mini-museum. Background photographic images reveal the storage systems which fascinated her in the museums and she uses the tiny museum type card labels not to identify her objects but to decorate them and become valued objects in themselves.
On the right is a gallery of the new work she created in response to the museum collections.
