AttFife is an independent organisation set up in March 2007 from Fife Council's Arts Development and Theatres, to provide arts, culture and entertainment across Fife. They run an arts development service in Fife and four theatre complexes.

CAD is a voluntary organisation founded in 2009 to provide artists with opportunities to showcase their talent. Currently the group host and organise events including the “Glen Gates Gallery” at Pittencreiff park. This brings much needed attention to the older historic part of the town helping to sustain local businesses.

Creativefife is a one stop shop for information on business improvement initiatives including grant funding. With close links to Business Gateway Fife it has direct access to a range of Business advisory services including those who manage Fife Council’s Financial Assistance for Small Business scheme.

Cupar Arts & Heritage Project (CAHP) is a non-profit arts organisation formed in February 2008. The committee consists of visual artists, musicians, performers and others committed to addressing the lack of arts provision for the arts in Cupar and the surrounding area. CAHP are the organisers of Cupar Arts Festival, which last year received funding from the Scottish Goverment, the National Lottery and Fife Council. Cupar Arts Festival is a multi-disciplinary, two-week event with an emphasis on contemporary visual art/public art. The programme also includes music, performance poetry, film, workshops and more. Cupar Arts Festival 09 will take place from 10 - 25 October. CAHP also aims to further develop events in and around Cupar throughout the year.

A voluntary organisation dedicated to the promotion of the arts in Fife. The group is populated by writers, painters, poets, dancers, designers, singers, photographers, makers and craftsmen and there is no membership fee. Meetings are monthly.

30+ open studios throughout the area from Cambo, near Crail to Lower Largo.

FAC (Fife Arts Co-operative) & The Steeple
Fife Arts Co-operative is a group of artists, craftspeople and supporters who live in and around Newburgh. The purpose of the group is to encourage and enable participation in the arts through classes, workshops and events which encourage community engagement, to expand and enable the range of opportunities for artists in the area, and to provide a supportive and creative network for artists interested in continuing professional development and collaboration.
The Steeple is a new centre for the arts in Newburgh, housing affordable studios, a residency flat with its own studio for visiting artists, and a project space which can be booked for classes, workshops, performances and exhibitions. The Wasps Trust and Wasps’ Artists Studios has developed the new venue, the first of its kind in Fife, in partnership with local charity FAC.

Falkland Centre for Stewardship
Falkland Centre for Stewardship exists to promote the practice of stewardship locally and the philosophy of stewardship in 21st century Scotland & beyond. One of their primary responsibilities is the care & revival of the Grade A House of Falkland with its arts & crafts interiors and designed landscape. Throughout the year, they offer a range of events including The Big Tent Green Festival, Scotland's Festival of Stewardship.

Fife Council Libraries and Museums
Across the county, there are 9 museums, 2 heritage sites and Fife's Mobile Museum (MAC). As well as permanent displays, the Museum Service collects material, preserving the culture and heritage of Fife for future generations. In addition a number of other services are offered, such as loan boxes for schools & community groups, an identification service, temporary exhibitions, special events & children's activities. 2010 is a special year of celebration for Fife ('Celebrating Fife') and you can check out one of the touring exhibitions via the Local Heroes website: www.fifedirect.org/localheroes

Fife Dunfermline Print Workshop (FDPW)
An artist-run printmaking workshop established since 1982, conveniently placed for artists based in Fife and neighbouring areas. FDPW provides facilities, runs courses & outreach workshops, organises exhibitions.

A self-supporting organisation for arts and crafts businesses based in Fife, covering a wide range of media.

60 artists and designer-makers in the north part of Fife open their work spaces to the public the first weekend in May every year.
Currently 7 artists working in a range of media in a converted school near Pittenweem. Open studio days are held regularly.

The only regular festival dedicated to poetry in Scotland, StAnza is international in outlook. Founded in 1998, it is held each March in St Andrews. A programme of exhibitions linking poetry with visual art is also organised as part of each festival.
